Privacy Policy
Roosterfoot Farm LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and which outside services handle it.
Last updated: November 4, 2026.
Information We Collect
The only information we collect is what you choose to send us through our contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not sell products directly through this website at this time.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about our farm products and animals. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and Tracking
We don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of our own. The outside services below may collect technical information as described.
Services That Help Run This Website
We use a few outside companies to host the site and deliver your messages. Each one handles your information under its own privacy policy.
- Website hosting (Cloudflare). Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, and uses it to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
- Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that messages are sent by real people. To do this, Cloudflare processes limited technical information about your browser and device, plus your IP address, when you use the form. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum (opens in a new tab).
- Email delivery (MailChannels). When you send the contact form, your name, email address, subject, and message are passed to MailChannels, which delivers them to our inbox as an email. See MailChannels' privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
- Fonts (Google Fonts). Our pages load their fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and basic browser information. See Google Fonts' privacy information (opens in a new tab) and Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
We don't share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Data Retention
We keep messages you send us for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. You may ask us to delete your message and contact information at any time by reaching out through our contact form.
